Valtrex/Famvir
I haven't heard of what you've suggested. I have only tried Valtrex and Famvir. I am one of those people who always get the side effects...and Famvir made me feel ill.
About the lysine...how much do you take daily for preventative purposes? I am going to buy some this weekend, but I am confused at what strength I should buy. Also, is the lysine you take pure or is it mixed with other herbs, etc.? Thanks for your help. Oh, and one more thing....do you find what you are taking now just as effective as Valtrex?
