From my understanding, oils have little to no amino acids. They are nearly 100% fat (.00xx grams of amino acids per full serving at most), so there's not much to worry about for arginine or lysine when talking about oils. Also, most all oils and cooking butters have a neutral impact on pH, so there's nothing to worry about there either.
